Attorney Capano has been in practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for almost 40 years and is one of the most renowned and respected attorneys in Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk Counties.

Attorney Capano has been providing legal services to clients throughout Massachusetts, the North Shore, and the Greater Lynn area, specializing in divorce and family law matters, including divorce, divorce mediation, alimony, child custody, divorce and child support modifications, prenuptial agreements and post nuptial agreements. Attorney Capano is a Certified Mediator who has accepted appointment as parenting coordinator in many high conflict divorce and custodial matters.

Attorney Capano provides estate planning including wills, health care proxies, and powers of attorney, revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts.

Attorney Capano also provides civil litigation services in Superior Court and in District Court on personal injury matters of all types, and in residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters.

Attorney Capano graduated from Suffolk University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He graduated from New England School of Law with a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude.

Attorney Capano is a past president of the Justinian Law Society of Massachusetts, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Essex County Bar Association and the Greater Lynn Bar Association.
